Who we are
Timezone Matcher is a free web tool operated by Furiosa Studio ([email protected]). Our website address is timezonematcher.com.
What data we collect
We do not collect personal data. All city preferences, saved groups, and settings are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. No data is transmitted to our servers. We do not use accounts, login, or any server-side session storage.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand aggregate usage of the app — pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. This data is collected anonymously and used solely to improve the product. Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish users. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on or by using browser privacy settings.
Third-party services
When you click 'Google Calendar' or 'Outlook' to schedule a meeting, you are redirected to those third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply. We do not receive any data back from those services. Donation buttons link to Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe under their respective privacy policies. We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics scripts on the site.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) to measure aggregate usage. Your app preferences (dark mode, language, saved cities) are stored in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers. See our Cookie Policy for full details and opt-out options.
Children's privacy
Timezone Matcher does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The service contains no age-gated content.

We may update this policy. The 'Last updated' date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
